By registering on or otherwise using this platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms and Conditions have been provided in Bengali for your convenience. However, the English version shall serve as the basis of the binding agreement. rul34 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and you will be notified of any significant changes.

To open an account with rul34, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Information required for registration:

• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• A valid email address (where applicable)
• Password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required. rul34 may request additional documents at any time.

To use rul34, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your country of residence
• Accounts must be operated in your own name and for your own benefit
• Professional athletes or referees may not bet on their own matches
• Rul34 employees or their immediate family members may not place bets on the platform

Rul34 reserves the right to accept or reject any application, particularly if there is reason to believe the applicant has not met the conditions stated above.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may be subject to forfeiture

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Suspicious transactions may require additional time for verification

Rul34's bonus and promotion offers provide added value for users. Each bonus, however, comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus (typically 30–40x)
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
• Wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be transferred to your cash balance

Make sure you understand these rules before placing a bet on rul34. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless rul34 determines otherwise under exceptional circumstances.

• Minimum bet amounts vary depending on the game or event
• Maximum bet limits are set separately for each market
• Separate rules apply to in-play bets placed after a match or event has started
• Rul34 reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to rul34's rules
• Rul34 is not responsible for disconnections that occur during live betting

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance can be withdrawn.

rul34 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If registration is completed using false information
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected
• If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rul34:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Using stolen or someone else's payment method
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward rul34 staff

Dispute Resolution:

If you have a dispute, please contact our customer support first. If it remains unresolved within 7 business days, the matter will be escalated to a higher authority. rul34's decision shall be considered final and binding.
